1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、爬虫類を中心とした多機能飼育管理アプリ「ReptilesFunction」（略称：RepFun。以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを説明します。本アプリを利用する地域の強行法規により、利用者に追加の権利が認められる場合があります。
2. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
利用者が入力する情報：個体・種族、飼育、健康、給餌、繁殖、施設、連絡先、販売履歴・販売書類、写真、メモその他の管理データ。
技術情報：アプリバージョン、端末・OS情報、匿名ID、クラッシュ・利用状況、同期状態等。機能と同意状態に応じて取り扱います。
購入・広告関連情報：App Storeの購読状態、広告同意状態、広告の表示・操作に関する情報。決済情報そのものはAppleが処理し、本アプリは保持しません。
3. 端末内保存とiCloud同期
入力した飼育・販売等のデータは、原則として端末内のデータベースに保存されます。iCloudを利用できる場合は、AppleのCloudKitを介して同じApple Accountの端末間で同期されることがあります。
販売センターの顧客情報、販売履歴、入力金額、書類本文を、品質改善データや飼育トレンドとして送信することはありません。本アプリから税務当局その他の公的機関へ自動送信する機能はありません。
4. Firebaseによる品質改善（任意）
初回確認画面または設定で「品質改善データの送信」を許可した場合、Google Firebase AnalyticsおよびCrashlyticsを利用します。送信対象には、クラッシュ情報、アプリバージョン、おおよその利用状況、個体数・記録数の集計値が含まれる場合があります。個体名、種族名、写真、メモ、顧客情報、販売書類本文は品質改善データとして送信しません。
本アプリは、飼育トレンド共有の機能提供と不正利用対策のため、Firebase Anonymous Authentication、App Check、Cloud Firestoreを利用します。匿名認証はトレンド共有に必要な場合に利用し、匿名アカウントIDや技術情報が処理されることがあります。品質改善データの送信は後から停止でき、オフにしても主要機能を利用できます。
5. 飼育トレンド共有（任意・手動）
飼育トレンド共有をオンにしただけでは送信されません。設定画面から利用者が手動で送信した場合に限り、暦月ごとに1回、種族名、種族別飼育数、総個体数、国コード、端末のUTCオフセット、販売者フラグ、アプリバージョン、匿名IDおよび送信日時を送信します。飼育中かつ未販売の個体が1頭以上必要です。
個体名、写真、メモ、顧客情報、販売書類本文は送信しません。種族名欄には個人を特定できる情報を入力しないでください。サーバーで受理された送信日のみ広告非表示特典が有効となり、翌日には通常表示へ戻ります。共有をオフにした場合も特典は終了します。販売者データは一般飼育者向け集計から除外されます。
6. 広告とトラッキング
購読が有効でなく、かつトレンド送信日の広告非表示特典が有効でない場合、本アプリはGoogle AdMobを利用して広告を表示することがあります。Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）により広告同意を管理し、必要な場合はAppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）による許可を求めます。広告ID（IDFA）は利用者が許可した場合に限り利用可能となります。
広告事業者は、広告表示、計測、不正利用防止等のため端末情報、広告ID、IPアドレス、広告の表示・操作情報等を処理する場合があります。当方は個人情報を販売しません。適用法上、行動ターゲティング広告のための「共有」に該当する処理がある場合、利用者はATTおよびアプリ内の広告プライバシー設定から許可を拒否または変更できます。
7. 購読
有料購読はAppleのStoreKitおよびApp Storeを通じて提供されます。本アプリは購読の有効性を確認しますが、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は取得・保存しません。購入、更新、解約および返金にはAppleの条件が適用されます。
8. 任意機能と外部サービス
利用者が有効にした場合に限り、ローカル通知、カレンダー、SwitchBot等の外部連携を利用することがあります。各機能に必要な範囲で端末権限や外部サービスの情報を処理します。
本アプリはリモート通知・端末間診断ミラーを提供しておらず、通知トークンや端末間診断情報をFirebaseへ送信しません。
9. 利用目的
情報は、飼育管理、記録、販売履歴、同期、バックアップ、ウィジェット・Watch連携等の機能提供、購読確認、広告表示・同意管理、通知、問い合わせ対応、同意に基づく品質改善・障害解析・性能改善、明示的な手動操作に基づく匿名の飼育トレンド集計、セキュリティ、不正利用防止および法令上必要な対応のために利用します。
10. 外部事業者と国外移転
本アプリは、機能提供に必要な範囲でApple Inc.およびその関連会社、Google LLCおよびその関連会社のサービスを利用します。これはサービス運用のための委託であり、当方による個人情報の販売ではありません。
CloudKit、App Store、Firebase、AdMobその他の対象サービスを利用すると、情報が暗号化された通信により、米国、日本および各事業者が設備を運用するその他の国・地域へ移転され、処理される場合があります。移転する情報、目的および時期は本ポリシーの各項に記載した範囲で、保存期間と削除は本ポリシーおよび各事業者の規約・ポリシーに従います。利用者は任意機能をオフにすることで、当該機能に伴う新たな送信を停止できます。
11. 保存期間、削除および利用者の選択
端末内データは、利用者が削除するまで保存されます。iCloud同期データはApple Account側に残る場合があり、端末からのアプリ削除だけでは消去されないことがあります。品質改善データは設定から停止でき、トレンド共有も設定からオフにできます。
利用者は、適用法の範囲で、当方が管理する個人情報について開示、訂正、削除、処理の停止または広告目的の共有からのオプトアウトを求めることができます。サーバー側データの削除依頼はお問い合わせフォームから受け付けます。集計済み・匿名化済みの情報、セキュリティまたは法令上保持が必要な情報は削除できない場合があります。権利を行使したことを理由に不利益な取扱いは行いません。
12. 韓国の利用者に関する補足
韓国の利用者については、韓国の個人情報保護法その他の適用法令に従います。国外移転の対象事業者、移転国、情報の種類、目的、時期・方法および保存期間は第10項と各事業者のポリシーに記載しています。任意の外部送信に同意しない場合は、該当する品質改善、トレンド共有、広告トラッキングまたは外部連携を利用しない選択ができます。

ReptilesFunction (RepFun) Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Policy explains how information is handled in ReptilesFunction (RepFun, the “App”), a multifunctional animal-care management app focused on reptiles. Mandatory laws in the country or region where you use the App may grant you additional rights.
2. Information Handled by the App
Information you enter: animal and species information, care, health, feeding, breeding, facilities, contact details, sales history and sales documents, photos, notes, and other management data.
Technical information: app version, device and OS information, anonymous identifiers, crash and usage information, sync status, and similar data, depending on the feature used and your consent settings.
Purchase and advertising information: App Store subscription status, advertising consent status, and information about ad display and interaction. Apple processes payment details; the App does not retain them.
3. On-Device Storage and iCloud Sync
Care, sales, and other data you enter is generally stored in an on-device database. When iCloud is available, it may be synchronized between devices signed in to the same Apple Account through Apple CloudKit.
Sales Center customer information, sales history, entered amounts, and document contents are not sent as quality-improvement data or Care Trends data. The App does not automatically transmit data to tax authorities or other government agencies.
4. Optional Quality Improvement Through Firebase
If you allow “Send quality-improvement data” on the initial consent screen or in Settings, the App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. Data sent may include crash information, app version, approximate usage, and aggregate counts of animals and records. Animal names, species names, photos, notes, customer information, and sales-document contents are not sent as quality-improvement data.
The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication, App Check, and Cloud Firestore to provide Care Trends sharing and prevent abuse. Anonymous Authentication is used when required for Care Trends sharing, and an anonymous account ID and technical information may be processed. You can stop quality-improvement data collection later, and the App’s primary features remain available when it is off.
5. Optional, Manual Care Trends Sharing
Turning on Care Trends sharing does not itself send data. Only when you manually submit from Settings, and no more than once per calendar month, the App sends species names, animal counts by species, total animal count, country code, the device’s UTC offset, seller flag, app version, anonymous ID, and submission timestamp. At least one animal must be currently in care and unsold.
Animal names, photos, notes, customer information, and sales-document contents are not sent. Do not enter personally identifying information in a species-name field. The ad-free benefit applies only on the day a submission is accepted by the server and ends the following day. It also ends when sharing is turned off. Seller data is excluded from aggregates intended for general keepers.
6. Advertising and Tracking
When no paid subscription is active and the Care Trends submission-day ad-free benefit is not active, the App may display ads through Google AdMob. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages advertising consent, and the App requests permission through Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) when required. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is available only when you permit it.
Advertising providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and ad display and interaction information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal information. Where applicable law treats processing for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sharing,” you can deny or change permission through ATT and the App’s advertising privacy settings.
7. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are provided through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. The App verifies subscription status but does not collect or retain payment details such as credit-card numbers. Apple’s terms apply to purchases, renewals, cancellation, and refunds.
8. Optional Features and External Services
Only when you enable the relevant feature, the App may use local notifications, calendars, SwitchBot, or other external integrations. Device permissions and external-service information are processed only as needed for that feature.
The App does not provide remote notifications or cross-device diagnostic mirroring and does not send notification tokens or cross-device diagnostic information to Firebase.
9. Purposes of Use
Information is used to provide care management, records, sales history, sync, backup, widgets, Watch integration, and related features; verify subscriptions; display ads and manage consent; provide notifications and support; improve quality, diagnose failures, and improve performance with consent; aggregate anonymous Care Trends following an explicit manual submission; maintain security; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.
10. Service Providers and International Transfers
The App uses services provided by Apple Inc. and its affiliates and Google LLC and its affiliates only as needed to operate App features. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver services; this is not a sale of personal information by us.
When you use CloudKit, the App Store, Firebase, AdMob, or another covered service, information may be transferred over encrypted connections to and processed in the United States, Japan, and other countries or regions where the provider operates infrastructure. The categories, purposes, and timing of transferred information are limited to those described in this Policy. Retention and deletion are governed by this Policy and the provider’s terms and policies. You can stop new transfers associated with an optional feature by turning that feature off.
11. Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices
On-device data is retained until you delete it. Data synchronized through iCloud may remain in your Apple Account, and deleting the App from a device may not delete that data. You can stop quality-improvement data in Settings and turn off Care Trends sharing.
To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing for personal information we control, and may opt out of sharing for advertising purposes. Requests to delete server-side data can be submitted through the contact form. We may be unable to delete aggregated or anonymized information or information that must be retained for security or legal reasons. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
12. Additional Notice for Users in South Korea
For users in South Korea, we comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable Korean law. Section 10 and the providers’ policies describe the recipients of international transfers, destination countries, categories of information, purposes, timing and method, and retention. If you do not agree to an optional external transfer, you may choose not to use the relevant quality-improvement, Care Trends sharing, advertising tracking, or external-integration feature.
The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. A parent or guardian who believes a child’s information was submitted may contact us to request deletion or other appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are also responsible for appropriately securing your device, Apple Account, and external-service credentials.
We may revise this Policy when features, laws, or service providers change. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App. For questions about this Policy, data handling, exercising privacy rights, or deletion requests, use the official contact form.

사육 트렌드 공유를 켜는 것만으로 데이터가 전송되지는 않습니다. 이용자가 설정 화면에서 직접 전송한 경우에만 월 1회까지 종명, 종별 사육 수, 총 개체 수, 국가 코드, 기기의 UTC 오프셋, 판매자 플래그, 앱 버전, 익명 ID 및 전송 일시를 전송합니다. 사육 중이며 판매되지 않은 개체가 1마리 이상 있어야 합니다.

정보는 사육 관리, 기록, 판매 기록, 동기화, 백업, 위젯·Watch 연동 등의 기능 제공, 구독 확인, 광고 표시·동의 관리, 알림 및 문의 대응, 동의에 따른 품질 개선·장애 분석·성능 개선, 명시적인 수동 전송에 따른 익명 사육 트렌드 집계, 보안, 부정 이용 방지 및 법률상 필요한 대응을 위해 사용합니다.
10. 외부 사업자 및 국외 이전
본 앱은 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서 Apple Inc. 및 그 계열사, Google LLC 및 그 계열사의 서비스를 사용합니다. 해당 사업자는 서비스 운영을 위해 당사의 위탁을 받아 정보를 처리하며, 이는 당사가 개인정보를 판매하는 것이 아닙니다.

12. 대한민국 이용자에 대한 추가 안내
대한민국 이용자에 대해서는 개인정보 보호법 및 기타 적용 법률을 준수합니다. 국외 이전의 수령 사업자, 이전 국가, 정보 종류, 목적, 시기·방법 및 보유 기간은 제10항과 각 사업자의 정책에 기재되어 있습니다. 선택적인 외부 전송에 동의하지 않는 경우 해당 품질 개선, 사육 트렌드 공유, 광고 추적 또는 외부 연동 기능을 이용하지 않을 수 있습니다.
